Emily Braby Period 5

While reading this article my mind was swirling with ideas. "Write to Discover", this made me think of all the times I have written in my journal about some heartbreak or pathetic drama I have been through in my life. It helped me realize how important it is to write down all of the little things that happen in your life. Through writing them down, you come to know how you truly feel about the matter at hand. You understand your own feelings and have a more focused perspective on what you feel and why you feel that way. Writing is how we tell people who we are without speaking a single word. In this article, it talked about the importance of telling your story and how everyone has a story to tell. Some people whisper their story and some people scream it, but "we all have a story". It is through our stories that we come to truly know and understand each other.
