Ryan Swensen 3rd period
I want to first start off with how inspiring and uplifting this well written work of art was, it was truly amazing to read. I realize that this is possibly talking more towards writing but what I want to touch on is more of the "stories" category that could be found in this passage. I was once told by someone much smarter than me that "people love stories" which just seemed like a very narrow minded simple idea at the time but your writing has brought new meaning to this little phrase. Stories can be very powerful to those who wish to receive it and I believe that I myself did not fully understand that until the reading of your post. Stories are everywhere we go and we simply love to listen to them and with all this story telling maybe I should be paying more attention to the story teller and what they are possibly exposing to me. Obviously this story must be written or thought up by someone and so it could potentially be a gateway into understanding the writer, especially if they have the bravery to tell one about themselves. You also hinted that these people with stories to tell could be discovering themselves and I think that this is a very powerful concept for others to understand. I realize that this may not have been completely related to your writing but I wish for you to understand that it has greatly helped me in this large aspect of my life that is stories. I firmly believe that after reading this I have a much greater understanding to the things we write and the stories we tell and as mentioned before "people love stories" so be sure to make a great one as you progress through your life, and always be brave.
