Jackson Barlocker, Period 3
I really enjoy Sarah Peck's coherent writing throughout her blog. Through examples and quotations she explains many of the struggles to writers and how to "push past the blocks and barriers." She does many of the strategies that I have tried and some that I often do! "One of the kindest things I've done for myself... and allow myself to come back whenever I want to talk through my ideas." I use this strategy often and it helped me write my memoir! The insight she receives after helping writers made me really appreciate looking at her page. Through successes and failures she helps writers get through their stages until they complete the prompt. She explains how we should write to discover. This is because it opens up many different points of view and may reveal to us things that we may not know about ourselves.
