"Through writing, we discover deeper truths about what we want, who we are, what we value, and the stories that we tell ourselves. Often we have to write the stories first before we can discover what it is that we’re trying to say." Often during the writing process I find myself struggling to come to a conclusion on what I think about a topic. I am at a loss and I have no idea what to write. I have found that if I start writing the story the truths and my values will reveal themselves over time."...it is through our words that we take the ideas in our minds and give them shape for other people." Words are our only source of communication in writing. We must use our words well in order to portray our ideas in a way that people will understand. What we write influences what other people think. Our words need to be intelligent and full of life in order to effectively expresses our ideas.

I totally agree with the part where you say "what we write influences what other people think" If we write something well enough and express our thoughts clearly and it makes sense people are bound to think or re-think about the subject whatever it might be.

I love how you talk about the importance of the words you write. In writing people connect with certain words and phrases, and as a writer you need to use the right words in whatever you are writing to allow others to feel connected. Words truly are so significant.
