Hunter T. Period 5
In The infinite suggestiveness of common things Patricks professor tries to tell him that he will run out of experiences to talk about, and Patrick pretty much disses his professor when he talks about the curiosity of children. Children get entertained so easy and when you think about they entertain us all the time! There are so many short stories to be untold you just have to dig deep to find them. I feel like the author knows how to search for these to write memoirs. Patrick was able to put a story into an essay about writing an essay, and i have to give him props for that. Patrick shows us how we don't run out of ideas to write about. The shortest of stories can be turned into an entire essay. Patricks essay is an example of this, I didn't know you could right an essay on an essay and make it a story. I admire how he knows with his genre of writing he can always accomplish a paper. Its interesting how he shows that one word can have so much meaning, he would do a history lesson on one word and find out so much about it. I feel like we all should do this to truly find and understand what a word means.
